Q. When a website sells advertisement spaces, it is possible that not all the spaces will be bought. In order to not show a gap in the website, a generic ad can be shown. How can this "generic ad" be called?

A. Remnant space. Excess Inventory. Extra Ad Space. Filler. It's all the same and usually a great deal:)

Q. I'm writing a paper on the evolution of advertisement and need opinions. How do you think it has changed?

A. Advertisements today like to say that their product is for everybody, no matter what it is. Back in the day, a vacuum ad would show a woman with a vacuum saying 'clean better for your man!' They wouldn't do that now.

A. You can not specifically remove one advertisement. There are add ons that can block ads. There is one for Firefox called Adblock Plus that is perfect. I have probably removed 99% of all ads and popups using it. Y Rk Raq

A. If it is this that you are referring to: Then it's neither a 'symphony' nor 'classical' in any meaningful sense of the word, but merely pastiche 'vamp till ready' sequencing to form a purpose-made background track for the advertisement. All the best,

A. Do you have your own transportation? That can be a plus. Do you have any formal training? Our hospitals here give classes to teens on babysitting like how to prevent injuries and what to do in the case of an emergency. A certificate like that is a good plus. Sometimes if you put your goal on your advertisement it can help too. A young kid went to my parents house once and asked if he could mow their lawn on a regular basis because he wanted to help his parents pay for his braces. He did that for several people. He showed up regularly did the job and for a fair price too. He got a beautiful smile and a very good business sense too. A. I would hate it if they were displayed where I'm asking or answering, but let me explain... One of my contacts is from Bangladesh, whenever I checked up on his questions or answers, I always got ads displayed afterwards of some Indian Matrimonial sites - that got me wondering, especially since I am a female silver surfer. Then some time ago Yahoo had technical problems and accidentally placed a script in the box on the YA pages instead of the flash ads normally displayed. That's when I found out that adyield-manager is used to place personalized ads - it uses cookies to track your browsing habits, so you may get a different ad displayed than somebody sitting right next to you. That prompted me to look for solutions since I don't like to… [cont.]
